Hello,
I recently discovered I had a $5 credit from Roku and used part of it to pay for one month of Starz at the $1.99 promotion rate. I still had $3.01 left and was planning to use that to pay for the second month of the Starz promo - also $1.99. I didn't know that the credit would expire - but I see now that it is gone - before I had the chance to use the second half.
I thought once I had started that process - using the credit to pay for 2 months of Starz - it would last till the second billing, but apparently it hasn't.
Is there any way that the $3.01 can be restored so that I can use it at the end of January to pay for the second month of Starz?
