@Smiller006, if you sign into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About, do you see any subscriptions listed there? If so, one of them might be that charge. The description that's shown in your Roku account may not match the description on your billing statement that can literally say anything.
