Hello, my father passed away in August. I only know his email for logging in but I don't have his password. Is there someone I can speak with to find out how to cancel his Roku account and associated subscriptions? I tried setting Roku to factory settings and then created my own account for my mom but now I'm being billed and her account is still being billed for the same things. I'm sure there is a solution, I just can't figure it out. Mom is in her late 70's and doesn't know the password and we don't have the password to his email used for Roku.
