I need help for charge please someone help there is no phone number to talk with someone I’m not sure what to do or do I cancel my account

I have charges on my credit card for something I didn’t authorize. Last month it was $1.03, this month is $6.23. Please explain. I have not requested to add anything and want a refund added back to my credit card
