I need to return a Soundbar which I purchased through ROKU.
the issue is that it does not work with my AV setup.
I can't get an RMA form to print or one sent to my email
At this point I have 2 RMA #'s after trying to go through the process as outlined on the Returns page.
I just need a completed RMA form and an address to a fulfillment center to ship the item back and get a refund
