Signed up for crave via roku tv for a 7 day free trial and i cancelled it within a day or two by cancelling auto renew (via the roku managed subscriptions). However, they still charged my credit card?
Is there any other way i should cancel it and will they refund it?
If you ever tried the free trial before, they'll just charge you immediately if you try it again. You can always try account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus to see what they have to say.
