My card has expired. I tried to Edit the card info and I get an error. I've double checked and the info I'm entering is correct. I get the following message: "An error has occurred. Please try again."

Called Roku support. The had me do the credit card update on the tv using the physical remote. That worked fine.
Apparently, the know the we page is broke and don't seem to care too much. I suggest they either: 1. Fix the web page!! or 2) take the page down or put up a message saying to use the tv via a remote.
