Log into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About on your Roku device and you can see any subscriptions that you have through Roku there. If you have multiple Roku devices, it's possible that you have multiple Roku accounts, so check the email address that's displayed on each one.
