So I got a 7-day free trial of Shudder on my Roku. when I went to log in to the website to cancel my subscription I realized that the Roku was still logged into the previous owner's account, and that I don't have access to that account. I've contacted Shudder but they say they do not have access to the billing information, and I have tried most every option I can think of, even going so far as to factory reset it again and relog into shudder in the hopes that I could then cancel it through my current account. I have no way to cancel this subscription, I've tried everything. Please help.
