CANNOT CANCEL FRINDLY TV ANYWHERE

I subscribed to friendly tv through roku. I'm trying to cancel and it's saying do it through the roku account. The subscription is not there. And it will not let me cancel on friendly tv account. I no longer want to pay for it and I can't find anywhere to cancel. Help.

If you highlight the channel on your Home Screen and press * is "Manage subscription" one of the options presented?

When you log in at https://my.roku.com make sure you're logging in with the same email that's displayed under Settings->System->About on your Roku device.
