I am trying to cancel my Max subscription however it says I am being billed through ROKU. When I go to my ROKU account, there is no subscription for HBO Max to cancel, but I am being billed monthly. I know I am logged into my only account so why is it not showing under my subscriptions? I have been trying to cancel this for months. MAX said they can not help me, that is is a ROKU issue. Please advise?!
If you highlight the channel on your Home Screen and press * is "Manage subscription" one of the options presented?
When you log in at https://my.roku.com make sure you're logging in with the same email that's displayed under Settings->System->About on your Roku device.
