Brit Box says I do not exist on 4 of my 5 devices

I have a paid subscription for Brit Box.  The icon shows up on all 5 of my devices but I can only watch on one TV.  It constantly tells me I am not a subscriber BUT it pulls up my email, and tells me to request a new password, then it tells me that password does not exist in their system.  # 1  is this common?  Who do I contact for help?  Brit Box is the ONLY channell I watch, other than the sports channels.  ( Husband is King in this castle)  Any help or guidance  will be greatly appreciated!!!

For clarification, how are you subscribed to Brit Box on your Roku device? Are you subscribed through Roku Pay or subscribed to the channel provider directly? In addition, how are you access the Brit Box content, are you trying to watch the content through The Roku Channel, or through the channel directly?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
