I can't get in touch with anyone from your company so I'm hoping you can help.
My cc was charged for signing up for PP+ $1.88, which I nor my wife signed up for. In addition, I received an email for signing up for AMC+ which we didn't sign up for. I was able to cancel both by clicking on their apps from the Roku homepage. How do I get reimbursed from my cc for the charge and also, prevent something like this from happening again? I did set up a pin, but it's only my wife and me.
