Hi @Watts1962,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Can you please provide us with more specific information about the issue you are experiencing? Are you currently subscribed to these channels?
If you notice a charge on your credit card or bank statement, you can follow these steps to handle it.
- You can check if you have an active subscription by logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking subscriptions, or you can review your purchase history and charges on your account.
- Create a Roku PIN for your account to avoid any further unwanted purchases on your Roku account in the future. For more information about using a Roku PIN, visit our Support page here: How to create, reset, or remove your Roku PIN | Official Roku Support
Note: If you do not see your subscription in your Roku purchase history but see it on a credit, debit, or other financial statement, it means that you purchased the subscription directly through the service provider and not through Roku. You'll need to contact that service provider directly for help with your bill for that subscription.
Moreover, if you have more questions about your account and billing, it would be best to talk to our Roku Support, as they can further assist with your concerns.
You can reach them here. Choose "Account, payment, & subscription," and you should be able to talk to one of our live representatives.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with.
All the best,
Chel

@gbushway, this "community" is mostly users trying to help other users. You can't cancel anything or get a refund here. To attempt to get a refund, contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus. To cancel a subscription that you have through Roku, log into your Roku account using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About. You can manage your subscriptions there.
Unless you want a lot spam or contacts from scammers, edit your post using the 3 dots to the right of your username and remove your email address. It's not wise to post personal information in a public forum.

Re: Billing Dispute/Customer Service
For several months I have been charged twice on my credit card for "Roku for Peacock". I will list dates and reference #- would appreciate 1 charge refunded each month. In 2024-6/26 0022 $6.48.--- 5/25 3062 $6.48. 6/14 2078 $6.48.--- 4/25 8038 $6.48. 5/14 8062 $6.48.--- 3/25 3053 $6.48. 4/14 1056 $6.48.--- 2/25 5074 $6.48. 3/14 6065 $6.48.--- 1/25 0061 $6.48. 2/14 4062 $6.48.--- 12/25 1069 $6.48. 1/14 0056 $6.48.--- In 2023- 9/22 5857 $$12.98. 9/25 8722 $6.48.--- 8/22 9761 $12.98. 8/25 7071 $6.48.--- 7/22 0130 $10.81. 7/25 7071 $5.40.--- 6/21 5857 $10.81. 6/25 8728 $5.40.--- I have tried to stop this once about 6 months ago, canceled subscription, changed to a new subscription, but the double charges continue/started back up again. ------------- to get a recording to go to support.roku.com- in order to click on Account, payments, and subscriptions, reviewed my purchase history, to check unrecognized charges, and tried Peacock.com which referred me to Roku again because you manage my subscription. And I can not find the Agent Support Option suggested in another complaint on your website. Meanwhile, canceling my subscription and method of payment for future charges.

Re: Billing Dispute/Customer Service
@stacyfrisc1, this "community" is mostly users trying to help other users. You're not going to get any kind of refund here. It sounds like you may have more than one Roku account without realizing it. If you have multiple Roku devices, check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About. It's also possible that you gave away, sold, or returned a device that was linked to a different Roku account and someone else is using it. The only other advice we ever see here is to contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus. I think people have better results if they try to contact Roku from 9am to 5pm Pacific time on weekdays, but there's no guarantees.
