Billing Confusion - PLEASE HELP

I am trying to change my billing payment method to a different credit card for my Paramount+ subscription. My credit card statement for the charge says “Roku for CBS Interactive”, but when I log in to my ROKU account to change it, Paramount+ isn’t listed as one of my subscriptions. I went to the P+ app and logged in and it says I need to update this in my ROKU account. I have no idea how to access my subscription, has anyone else had this issue? If so, please help!

Have you made sure that you are logging into the same account that your roku is connecting to?  Ie: settings -> system -> about shows the same email/user name that you are logging into?
