You guys' answer to go to that area is USELESS.. All I get is Loading, Loading, Loading. I just want to frickin' contact someone EASILY. It just flat isn't working - I have tried every single topic, too, just for grins, and they all get stuck in a loop (both Chrome and Edge browsers, so it's not the browser).
