I am being charged for a CBS subscription that I did not subscribe to and it is not listed under my manageable subscriptions, when I call the 816 phone number listed on my checking account with the charge it is a automated service that says to go to roku.support.com Which gets me no answers and no way to contact roku or CBS through email or phone ??

@msmarie610 If the subscription is not listed under your subscriptions when you login to your Roku account on a computer, you may have another Roku account with a different email address, the charge is not from Roku, or the charge may appear with a different name for example CBS Interactive is Paramount +
I have the same problem. I am managing my account online, using the same e-mail account the reminder was sent to, and I cannot see the CBS subscription. Is there anyone I can talk to??
