Hi, @DestinyN7.

We appreciate you reaching out to us here in the Roku Community!

If you're seeing an unrecognized charge on your account, we're here to help. To determine if a charge is associated with Roku, please check your bank statement. Roku transactions will appear as "Roku," "Roku for," or "The Roku Channel." If you don't see any of these references, the charge is not from Roku.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand how frustrating this situation can be. For charges not from Roku, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer for more information.

If you confirm that the charge is from Roku, please reach out to our Account and Billing team for further assistance. You can visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category to call or chat with us directly.

Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to assisting you!
