Why am I being charged when I have no Roku account?

I do not have a Roku account until this moment to report this but have been charged at least twice now for IQIYI through roku. I had to Google to find out what it is. I did not authorize these payments and am pretty leery how my bank info got on here.

We understand that you got an unrecognized charge even though you don't have a Roku account. 

In this case, it would be best to reach out to our Account-Billing team, as they can further assist you with this. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. There should be an option to talk to one of our live representatives. 

Additionally, you may also check this support article on what to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account
