Anyone else think Roku was a legitimate company?

has anyone else been satisfied with roku for the past 5 years thinking they were a legitimate company that cares about its customers?   Only to find once an issue arises it’s pretty much impossible to get any type of (real) support?


im on my second week trying to get a return processed and need to speak with someone.  Haven’t had my 2 week old support ticket responded to, haven’t had any contact with fs other than the roku community mods that tell me my they’ll initiate contact with support.


man,  I’m so frustrated with this company.  To think I had no issue purchasing hardware from them knowing they had a 30 day (satisfaction guarantee).   


end of the week I’m contacting visa signature.
