I too am having issues,I just paid with my cash app,got a notification saying I paid so I know it's definitely paid,through roku,then I go to use paramount and it says I have a subscription and to sign in,yet I'm already signed in.....
@amwhalen44, are you trying to access it through "The Roku Channel" or Paramount's standalone app? The subscriptions are mutually exclusive. If one doesn't work, try the other.
