Active subscription for starz and peacock and I can’t sign in to either one

Showing active subscription for Starz and peacock, when I try to sign into Starz the keyboard won’t let me type a password, also peacock wants me to re subscribe when I have an active subscription on that exact email already. Currently unsubscribing from everything since the Roku customer service could not help. Was charged for several months and never got to use it. Really aggravated that nobody could help after charging me all that money. Highly suggest not subscribing through roku cause they clearly didn’t pay peacock if it’s asking me to resubscribe to an active subscription

@LS098, if you subscribe to something through Roku you never have to sign in, so something else is going on.  There's often multiple ways to subscribe to different services and if you subscribe to something through The Roku Channel then you can only watch through The Roku Channel.  Just a guess, but you may have subscribed through The Roku Channel and then tried to use that subscription on the stand-alone channel/app (or vice versa).

You will find that most people here would suggest that you only subscribe to a service directly through the provider and avoid any middleman like Roku, Amazon, Apple, etc.
