Currently the AMC+ link on the Offers page redirects to AppleMLS and that causes the page to reload since it's a dead link. I tried chatting with their support and the "genius" didn't even try to answer anything and just kept asking for my name and email address.
Fix your website Roku, you've got a Black Friday offer listed for AMC+ free for 2 months and it's literally impossible to click on it to look at the details because your web team is comically inept.
Hi @JCG75,
Welcome to the Roku Community, and thanks for reaching out.
Note: During activation, you'll see a 2-month free trial offer from AMC+. Accept the offer and follow the instructions to redeem by 12/3/23.
Have you tried accessing it to a different browser to see if there are any differences?
Thanks,
Rey
I've tried Chrome, Brave, Firefox, and Safari. A browser wouldn't change the link you've got attached to an image or a "View Details" button.
It's not the browser, it's your incompetent web team.
Thanks for getting back to us.
By any chance, have you subscribed to this channel previously? If so, when did you subscribe to it? In addition, could you share with us the screenshot of the issue you're seeing?
We'd love to take a closer look.
Thanks,
Rey
It has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHANNEL!
How hard is this to understand? If you go to the https://www.roku.com/offers page and scroll down to AMC+, it redirects to https://www.roku.com/offers/applemls which obviously isn't freaking AMC+.
How is it possible that nobody at Roku has a functioning brain? You've got the wrong link attached to a page where your supposed to be offering a deal. A special needs chimp could have fixed this two days ago, but somehow literally nobody at Roku is smart enough to do it. You seriously need to fire every single person involved with your web team because nobody can possibly be this bad as something as simple as connecting the right link to an image and a button.
