My son downloaded the Roku app so I would have access to view his cameras as needed. He used his log in information. I recently purchased a Roku TV. When setting up app using my log in information it automatically refers to the app my son set up. Can I have access to both accounts?

Welcome to the Roku Community and thanks for posting regarding your inquiry regarding accessing accounts with your devices.
Unfortunately you will only be able to access one Roku account at a time. If you would like to access all of your Roku devices including Roku Smart Home devices, you can always link everything to the same Roku account.
We hope this provides some clarification. If you have any other inquiries in the future, please don't hesitate posting again in the Roku Community.
Happy Streaming,
Danny

I have 2 Roku accounts so that I can have my bedroom Roku private from my other (several) Rokus in my home. I want to load 2 Roku apps on my iPhone so that switching between my 2 Roku accounts is simple. What’s the best approach to watch mobile for both accounts?
If you bought a Roku TV (device) and registered the Roku TV (or any Roku device) with your information and your email, then you will only see your apps and preferences on the Roku TV.
Go tho Roku.com and register your Roku TV then on the Roku Tv go to settings login to set up your Roku device using your email account that you registered with.
you won’t see your son’s Roku unless he logs in with your account
Hi @howertonc,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We appreciate your time posting and inquiring about the best way to watch on mobile for both accounts. We recommend signing in with the chosen credential whenever you want to switch accounts on your mobile so you can stream with the account that you want.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards, Eunice
I have the same problem. I started using a different tv in my home and when I added Acorn TV on the Roku Channel, Roku set up a different account for me. I can't locate that account online because I did it on my Roku tv. I recently added a Paramount + Showtime and I can't find that either. How do I find my other account?
@lucymcgee1 If you added Acorn TV on the Roku it should be using the same email as the Roku. To find that email go to settings, system, about.
If you added Paramount Plus on the Roku it should be the same email address.
When you say "Roku set up a different account for me" not sure what you mean. Roku can not set up an account for you. Do you mean you set up an account using a new email?
After we first got our 3 Roku tvs, I used one email and one tv to sign up for Peacock. Then we moved and I started usung a different Roku TV and signed up for Acorn on the Roku channel with a different email address. I recently signed up for Paramount Plus using the same tv & email I used for Acorn. My subscription on the tv works fine, but when I look up my account online, it only shows Peacock. I am being charged for all 3 subscriptions.
Danny,
How do you do this? "you can always link everything to the same Roku account." I have the same problem.
@lucymcgee1, so you have two Roku accounts? If so, you have to log into each one separately at https://my.roku.com to see what subscriptions that you're paying through Roku are associated with which account. Any subscriptions you might have directly with a provider won't show up there.
The only way to change the Roku account that a Roku device is linked to is to factory reset the device. If you're not sure what email address you used on each device for its Roku account, you can find it displayed under Settings->System->About.
If I'm misinterpreting what you've said, please give more details.
