Welcome, @jjb2.

Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community!

We understand that you have unrecognized charges from your Roku account. We're here to provide additional information.

In addition to what @HDMIGuy mentioned, these unrecognized charges might be caused by active subscriptions on your Roku that you are unaware of. For more information, please visit this support article: How to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

Note: If you don't see the option to cancel through Roku, it's likely because your subscription is not managed by Roku but directly through the streaming service provider. In this case, you will need to contact the streaming service provider directly to cancel your subscription.

You may also review these tips on how to locate unrecognized charges; kindly visit this support page: What to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account

Since accidental charges are also one contributing factor to unrecognized charges on your Roku Account, setting up a Roku PIN is an essential step to prevent this.

However, if following all the suggested steps does not resolve the issue, we highly recommend contacting our Accounts and billing team for further assistance.

We are hoping this information helps.

All the best,
Emman

@jjb2 Login to your Roku account on a phone or computer and check your subscriptions.  Any charge from Roku should be listed there.  While logged in I suggest setting up a pin to make purchases.
