Won't get pass the "Let get started" step

Hi. I traded out my old Roku that broke last month for a new Roku from Walmart Roku LE and cant get past the LET get started  area, signs in a d updates and starts over all again. I reset and rebooted everything Please help.

    If you're using the TV's USB port to power it, use a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can provide at least 1 Amp plugged into the wall.

    Looks like you can't get past the initial setup screen with your Roku LE. 

    Have you tried a factory reset to see if that helps? Click here for more tips on that.
