Will Roku 3 remote work on Roku Ultra?

Just curious, saving up for a Roku Ultra and was hoping my Roku 3 remote would work with Roku Ultra, cause I want a remote with a headphone jack. If not, I have to pay an extra $30 for Roku Voice Rem...
