White blinking light on Roku device
Hello, I am having the same issue, did you get it fixed ? If so how?

Hi there! We've tried everything to stop the WHITE blinking light:
Device: Roku Express HD.
Issue: Roku screen is good, BUT white blinking light on roku will not let us set it up.
Troubleshooting:
- We've reset the router with paperclip.
- We've reset the roku with paperclip.
- We're using all the new wires to roku device and batteries in remote.
- We've directly plugged roku into the wall power supply.
NOTHING HAS WORKED.

What Roku device are you trying to set up (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Ultra, Roku TV), and what Roku remote (Simple, Voice, or Voice Pro) are you using right now?
