Voice Remote Will Not Pair

  • What troubleshooting process have you done so far?
  • May we know how you are powering your streaming stick is it a plug on the wall outlet or directly to a TV USB port?

I'm using a streaming stick that plugs into a USB.

Troubleshooting:

  1. I switched out the problem streaming stick (#1) with other working streaming sticks. 
  2. The Green light on the remote for streaming stick #1 will not come on. I've added new batteries
  3. I have more than one streaming stick for years so I'm very familiar with how they work.
  4. I've also ruled out the TV. Other streaming sticks work on the same TV.

      Yes it is the remote that came with the stick.
