Getting error: unable to connect to wireless network 014.30

Hello,  having the same problem tonight. I'm with Verizon. One moment my cellphone ID was listed then it wasn't.  Somehow I got that back on the connection list but now the password doesn't work. Keeps saying unable to connect to wireless network. Keep getting error code 014.30.  Now I know what withdrawals are

      We understand that you're having trouble connecting your Roku device to your wireless network. We are here to assist you.

      Are you getting any errors? If so, could you tell us what the error is? How about you try restarting your Roku device and the router? If you have another network or mobile hotspot, we suggest trying that to see if the same issue occurs.
