Unexpected Behavior: "Continue Watching" Row - Failure of [*] Button to Remove Episode

I'm encountering an issue with the Roku Ultra where the [*] button fails to remove a specific episode from the "Continue Watching" row. The affected title is Ironheart Season 1, Episode 1, streamed via Disney+ app.

Observed Behavior: Both S1 E1 and S1 E5 appeared simultaneously in the "Continue Watching" list-this is not standard behavior, as typically only the most recent episode is listed. S1 E1 remains stuck in the list and cannot be removed via the [*] button, despite multiple restarts. Playback of the series is ongoing, and the episode should have auto-advanced or been replaced by the latest watched entry.

Expected Behavior: Only one episode per series should appear in the "Continue Watching" row at a time. The [*] button should allow removal of any listed episode, regardless of playback status.

Device Info: Roku Ultra (4850X) - OS: 14.6 build 4.9915-G6 - Disney+ app current version: 1.53 build 2025072100 - Issue persists across multiple restarts and UI refreshes.

      "Thanks for the response. While the app may be involved, the issue occurs within the Roku-hosted environment, and Roku's platform controls the device metadata and app container. I'd appreciate a more collaborative escalation path rather than being redirected to Disney+ without investigation."
