Tv loses its memory when turned off

My roku loses its memory every time I turn it off
tv & player wifi

I wonder if it's in store or demo mode.

andyross Maybe that is possible too, but I would think it would restrict things to the point the user would notice?  The posting isn't very clear what exactly the user means.
