TLC/Roku TV turns off and on just by MOVING the remote

My tv literally turns off and on once the remote has a clear line for the IR signal. It doesn't always happen, but when it does nothing I do fixes it. I pick up the remote, hit power, TV comes on. I pick up remote, TV turns off. NO BUTTON PUSHING. Pick up remote, TV on. Try to navigate, TV turns off. Just moving the remote is turning it on and off - but it's not the motion...it's like the signal from remote to TV is just constant.

    My TV always shut off while I watch 20-30 min will reset by it self . Same rhing with mybother TV. I ask comcast to check and I dnt have no issue but this 2 TLC roku. They need to Recall all this and replaced😩
