TLC/Roku TV turns off and on just by MOVING the remote

My tv literally turns off and on once the remote has a clear line for the IR signal. It doesn't always happen, but when it does nothing I do fixes it. I pick up the remote, hit power, TV comes on. I ...

My TV always shut off while I watch 20-30 min will reset by it self . Same rhing with mybother TV. I ask comcast to check and I dnt have no issue but this 2 TLC roku. They need to Recall all this and replaced😩
