I've been having issues with TCL Roku Tv for the past week or so. Whether I'm watching tv or gaming my TV keeps restarting every so often randomly. I just wondering how to fix this problem. I did 4 or 5 factory resets to it too.

I had the same problem today with my TCL Roku 40 in. When I did a factory reset by holding the reset button for 30 seconds (maybe 40) it went into recovery mode, looked like it was updating and then the red screen came back and it started all over. What worked for me was connecting to Ethernet instead of WiFi. Did the same reset button for 30 seconds but this time the update completed and it’s working again. Hopefully it works for you
