TCL Roku TV keeps restarting before I can access anything

My TCL Roku TV keeps rebooting. It will show the main screen for a few seconds then shut off and restart. Just keeps repeating. Can’t even access settings before it shuts back off and restarts. I’ve not had this issue until now.

  • Hi. I've had this problem also. I contacted TCL support. I ended up having to hold in the reset button for 15 seconds. The reset button on my TV is located in the back by the inputs. Leave the TV plugged in and on. After holding the reset button in for 15 seconds the TV rebooted again but then went to the setup screen. You will need to sign into your wifi and Roku account again. Hope this helps.

Wow. My TV has been hanging on my bedroom wall since I sent that message and I’ve not been able to use it. Roku support was absolutely no help and I’m too cheap to buy a new tv. I told myself I’d never buy another one of their products after the poor customer service and waste of money.

I really appreciate this response, and I’m going to see if it works for me.

      Thank you,
