why is tv guide so incomplete

I have been watching live tv (in the UK) on my Roku/Sharp for 2 hours.  I pressed tv 'guide' button on remote. 75-80% of my favourite channels showed 'no information'.  Why?

    Hi there! kwwells51​ 

    It looks like some of your channels might be missing and showing a "No Information" prompt. Try this:

    Go to: Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check now. Once the update is complete, do a System restart to refresh everything.

      Before I did that, I looked at tv guide again but for the last hour I have been watching recording from my set top box (Humax).  All the tv channels and info were present.  So, to summarise, when I am watching live tv, info missing.  When I am using tv as a dumb terminal for Humax, info there.  Suggestions?  PS I regularly have to do a restart to watch Humax on HDMI as Roku software doesn't locate it.

        Just a quick follow-up: when did you first notice the issue? And are you currently connected to Wi-Fi?

        If possible, could you snap a quick photo of the error message? That’ll help us get a better idea of what’s going on.
