Support Experience Needs Attention

I’ve spoken to four different agents, been on hold a total of an hour and a half, and no one has even come close to addressing my issues. 

Is this supposed to be some kind of joke? Is there any accountability whatsoever for reps to be prompt, or responsive? To not leave people on hold for upwards of half an hour while “transferring”? To not auto disconnect people in chat for “inactivity” because they disappeared while “reviewing” my account?

Am I expected to buy something from a company that treats a customer like this in the future?
