Set up remote for TV control

All I want to do is use my Roku remote (see attached photo) for turning the TV on and off, and adjusting the volume.  Right now I have to use the TV remote for those two functions, then I switch to the Roku remote.  I use a Wi Fi connection for the TV, and the remote is battery operated.
