Thanks for reaching out!
We understand you’re having an issue with your new Roku Streaming Stick and want to gather a bit more info to better assist you.Could you let us know the following?
- Device info: Model number, Serial Number or Device ID, and software version (found under Settings > System > About)
- Which streaming channels are you seeing the issue on, or are all other channels working fine?
- Does this happen on all movies/shows, or just specific ones?
- Are you using any kind of external audio setup with your Roku device? (Like a soundbar, AV receiver, etc?)
Once we have that info, we’ll be able to take a closer look.
