Roku Voice Remote 2nd Edition

Hello, our remote is only 2 months all. Now, it doesn’t work at all and the status light blinks red. We’ve tried to reset and pair and the light blinks white for about 5 seconds before going back to red. We tried using the Roku remote app on our phones without luck and also tried charging the remote. Nothing is working. Someone please provide some guidance.

    Hi Akoz,

    Greetings from the Roku Community!

We understand you're concerned about the Roku Voice Remote 2nd edition. We're happy to help.

    • A pulsing white light indicates that the device is currently charging while plugged in.
    • A solid white light signifies that the device is fully charged when it is connected to power.
    • A blinking red light gently reminds the user that the device is low on power and should be charged soon.
    • A blinking white light signifies that the device is in pairing mode.
Please note that as the battery approaches 100%, the charging rate may slow down. This can result in the light continuing to pulse even when the device is fully charged. If the settings show 100% or indicate a full charge, everything is functioning properly.

Hope you'll find this info useful.

    Best regards,
    John

Red light is blinking even though it's charged at 100%. How do we stop this? Thanks
