Roku Ultra unable to do screen mirroring on Windows 11

I have already done all of the network resetting, discovery resetting, screen mirroring resetting, as well as factory reset on the Roku, software updates, etc. What happens is, Roku Ultra comes up ...

    Let's try setting up your Roku Ultra for Screen mirroring.

    Use the following steps to connect your Windows 11 computer to your Roku streaming device and start screen mirroring.

    1. On your computer keyboard, press Win + K to open Quick Settings
    2. Click Connect to a wireless display
    3. Select your Roku device from the list of wireless display devices to start the connection
    4. Follow the instructions on your Roku device to allow screen mirroring

     

    If you have issues connecting to a wireless display on your Windows device, contact Microsoft support for help.

    I have done all of that. Like I said in my comment: roku attempts to connect, recognizes the computer is trying to connect, loads about 1/3 of the way, and then just doesn't connect. I have followed all of the wireless display things, I have tried changing the output (extended display, second display, mirror, etc) and it does not change the results.
