Roku TV Completely Dead- can someone help?

Hi, yesterday I came home and my 75 in Roku TCL TV was completely dead. No signs of life. Remote fine and put in new batteries. The plug is fine I tested other things there like lights and a soundbox and it works for those. I have tried EVERYTHING. Power on/off for 30+ seconds, reset button for 30+ seconds etc. I called TCL and did everything they tried and nothing worked. there is no sign of life- no light indicator whatsoever.

The day before there was an update and the tv started acting a little weird (showing Spotify content in Netflix, not opening Max shows but playing the volume). After doing a remote reset (home 5 times, up once, rewind twice, forward twice) it started working. But the very next day it was dead! Please help!
