Roku turns on home theater

Ever since the last October update my Roku Ultra has been turning on my home theater system after about 10 minutes of being turned off. I have factory reset Roku, turned off 1-touch play, even left the batteries out of the remote. The only thing I have found that works is unplugging the Roku itself. What am I missing? TIA.
