I started to have a similar problem since yesterday (had been working for over year). I tried the to fully disconnect the streaming stick and then connect back. The remote will work for 10-15 min and then would stop working again.
Thanks for the post.
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using?
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny

The Roku Streaming stick is model is 3810X and remote may be RC-AL7. The remote control is able to control the TV power on/off and volume. The piece that does not work is any of the roku function

I'm sure most all of us have don't the trouble shooting steps. The remote stays linked to tv power and sound bar volume yet loses pairing every day or two with streaming stick. It seems to be a pretty popular issue with all these posts. What is Roku doing about the flaw?

I have tried the following ways:
1)hold the remote for 20 seconds
2)restart Roku by power supply and by settings system restart
3)removing batteries on remote
And the remote still unpairs

Hi Drgusto
Thanks for the post.
Could you provide us with the serial number of your Roku device associated with the affected remote? It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself. We'll be able to further assist you from there.
All the best,
Kariza
