I hadn't watched a movie on the Roku channel for a very long time because there were so many ads I couldn't handle it. Now there seems to be only one commercial break per movie. Has it been like this for a while? Do you think it will stay like this? I sure hope so. A lot of good movies on the Roku channel.
I noticed the same thing. I tried it once about a year and a half ago. But I was flooded by ads. Making it almost unwatchable. But holy cow I tried it again today after I canceled a whole bunch of services. And it's really much much better. In fact it's much better than regular TV. I don't know why they did it, but I'm very appreciative. It makes it enjoyable to watch again. It's almost like being back at the 1980s level of advertisement. I love it. I hope they keep it like this. If they do they got to customer for life
