Roku keeps losing sound
Over the last few months, my Roku (stick) will randomly lose sound, usually if I switch to a different app, like from Netflix to Hulu. The only way to resolve it is to restart the Roku. Is there a way to address this?

We understand that your Roku device randomly loses sound when switching to another app. Have you tried checking your device's network connection? We also suggest updating your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Software update > Check now.
