Hi, i have the same issue, mine it's a Roku premiere,
It just turn on, show Roku logo and then, It turns off itself, already change the ac adapter, the HDMI cable, also connect to another Tv, already i reset it, and nothing works.
It's there any solution or just die? If it is, it's look like the product it's bad Quality, may i Will think to Buy another brand.

Yoll, what's the model number written on it somewhere? I don't think Roku has made a "Premiere" model in years.

Same problem already check all of the convection and change it,
it start has the logo of Roku and then turn off no signal but blue light on
