Remote Pro 2: Buttons make clicking sound. Is this by design?
I just bought a remote pro ver. 2, and there is a lot to like about it. One thing I do not like is the fact that I hear a "click" whenever I push a button. For example... Scrolling 1 by 1 through You Tube videos. There is a clicking sound every time I push the directional pad on the remote to advance to the next video and then again when I push the "OK" button to watch the video. (It does not click if I hold the directional pad down to continuous scroll) Is this how the new remotes behave or do I have a faulty remote?

We appreciate you reaching out for support about your new Roku Voice Remote Pro 2nd edition. We'd be happy to provide further information about this.
It is completely normal to hear a sound that can be described as a light click or tap. This sound is produced as a result of the contact underneath being pushed, which is the mechanism that enables the device to function properly.
Feel free to let us know if you have further questions about this. We'd be happy to help.
Happy Streaming!
