Hi Frit, Welcome to the Roku community!
Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help you with your remote issue. Before we proceed, could you please let us know which Roku device is paired with your remote and the remote you're having trouble with? Also, when did the issue come up?
We recommend restarting the remote to resolve this issue.
Follow these steps to reboot your remote:
- If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
- If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds.
In the meantime, you can try using the Roku mobile app as a backup to control your Roku device. It's a free app available for both iOS and Android devices, turning your phone or tablet into a handy Roku remote.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,

Thank you for the update, Frit!
We appreciate you taking the time to inform us about the issue with your Roku remote. We would like to assist you further. Can you please provide more details, such as the specific Roku device paired with the remote, where the remote was purchased, and when the issue occurred?
In the meantime, we recommend resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again and try to use the remote to see if this makes any difference.
We appreciate your cooperation and are eager to assist you further.
Thanks,
Jharra
